We understand that accidents happen when you are renting a home/condo. Damage can range from a simple stain on the carpet or bedding from a nosebleed to a major dent in the wall from luggage. The best thing to do is to report any major or obvious damage to us within the first day of arrival. We do an excellent job of checking the property for damage after each departure and document that with photos. We want to ensure that you have the best trip possible.
One thing we are very particular about in our homes/condos is our NO SMOKING POLICY – no smoking, of any kind, substance, format or variation. The smell of smoke is an incredibly difficult thing to mitigate and extremely costly to removed. Sometimes the only way to mitigate is to have an entire home repainted, re-carpeted, new drapes, etc. In short, DO NOT SMOKE IN THE PROPERTY OR NEAR IT.
In the unfortunate event of something, damage related, happening, notify us immediately (text and call). If time allows, we will provide you with an estimate/invoice to repair the damage or replace the item (again, if time allows). The card that we have on file with the reservation will be charged the amount provided to you by our staff.
By completing and submitting the form below, you agree to allow Reach Destinations LLC to charge my credit card that was used to book the reservation, the amount provided to me in writing for the damage/replacement.
Completion of this form is required before we are able to send the details for access to the home you are renting.
